Pallavi Jayaswal

Pallavi Jayaswal is Associate Vice President – Shared Services Forum (SSF) & Business Development at RvaluE Group. She has over two decades of diverse and specialist experience in Communication, Training, B2B Marketing, Content Creation & Management, Research, and Knowledge Dissemination. Prior to joining RvaluE in 2015, she has worked with Educomp Solutions, NIIT and UNDP (United Nations Development Program).

At RvaluE, Pallavi has demonstrated all-round capabilities in the Business Services sector, leveraging intellectual capital and management of knowledge, stakeholders, projects, and business processes for customer service and support services functions. With her entrepreneurial mindset, she thrives in taking on new challenges and delivering fast paced creative solutions, and innovative strategies, across all lines of businesses.

At SSF, a pioneering Industry Forum ‘Of Practitioners, For Practitioners, By Practitioners’ of Enterprise Services & Technology, she has undertaken projects aimed at knowledge and best practices exchange in India & Global Business Services delivering optimal results & business value across different domains. She enables conceptualization and execution of initiatives aimed at information aggregation, creation and dissemination through knowledge sharing programs (conferences, leadership interactions, discussion forums, workshops, publications, research & survey, etc.), sustaining knowledge sharing across the industry. She is part of the core editorial team for ‘Process Edge’, a periodic Journal of SSF, and ensures contribution by various CXOs and Practitioners on contemporary features, journeys, challenges, and topics of futuristic relevance.

Pallavi has an extensive experience in designing training curriculums and conducting workshops for both, education, and business sectors, on Leadership and Capability Development, Brand Management, and Pedagogy. Her innovative ideas coupled with an expertise in Management & Marketing areas enable her as a passionate facilitator. In the past, she has also been a licensed editor with the Planning Commission of India & Publication Division (GOI). She has significantly contributed towards the curation of the award winning 'Millennium Learning System' for K-12 curriculum. She has authored high school curriculum books, and a successful Coffee Table book – 'Parenting Little Ones in the New Millennium.'

An adventure sports enthusiast, she does paragliding, white-water river rafting, off-roading, biking, trekking and mountaineering. She self-volunteers to work with several social organizations. A founder member of a Natural Disaster Management association, incepted during the 2014 Kashmir Floods, she has since continued to contribute towards rescue operations at the 2015 Nepal Earthquake, 2018 Kerala Floods, etc.

Pallavi is a Delhi University Alumni. She is a Post-graduate in English Literature and Systems Management. She has completed certifications on TQM (Total Quality Management) from NIIT, Information Management from CSE (Centre for Science & Environment) and Project Management from IIT (Indian Institute of Technology), Delhi.
