Pranav Singh

Pranav Singh is the Senior Vice President – Sales & Client Services and a Governing Council Member of Shared Services Forum. He is an Economics graduate and a Post Graduate in Marketing Management from FMS, Delhi with ~40 years of rich experience across Sales, Business Development, IT, CRM, Finance, Talent Acquisition and Capability Development. He has dedicated 25+ years of his career in the marketing of technology products covering hardware, software and telecom in India and overseas, working with entrepreneurial organizations like HCL, Televista, Nelco, and rose to being the Chief Marketing Officer of Vickers Ballas Holding Plc., Singapore.

Pranav started his entrepreneurial journey as the Founder & CEO of Skillspan in 2005, in collaboration with RvaluE as the Knowledge Partner, in the areas of Training, Recruitment and Capability Development with the prime objective of addressing the skill gap in the growing Business Services world, starting with F&A. Skillspan focused to enhance the employability of bright, fresh graduates through a new concept of ‘Ready-to-work’ (RTW) resources with dual focus on Accounting as a process more relevant to industry and function, while helping to step up on communication and other soft skills.

RvaluE as the partner brought extensive Business Services expertise to design the core curriculum, compiling the content, real life examples & case studies and created a panel of Trainers and Leaders to ensure an effective delivery mechanism. Skillspan worked with several leading F&A BPO Majors such as Genpact, Accenture, Serco, NIIT Uniqua and Salient BPO, covering wide range of content - for entry level associates across India, courseware development for F&A Academy, for Retail Program and HR process consulting & recruitment, etc.

Couple of landmark engagements were – developing and executing the 18-month Finance Management Program (FMP) of global standards for mid- management finance executives of Genpact (similar to GE) and co-authoring for the BPO diploma program, developed jointly with IGNOU and Accenture. Besides RTW freshers, Skillspan was actively involved in the placements at mid to senior management levels within the BPO industry. In 2012, as part of the expansion plans, Pranav extended services to few technology tools for Business Services – ZingHR, a Cloud based "hire to Retire" HRMS tool, on-line learning tools for English Learning from EnglishHelper.com and advising Compro on marketing of salesforce.com.

Considering his long-term and valued association with RvaluE and collaborative tenure in the Business Services space, in 2020, Pranav joined the Executive Leadership Team of Quintes Global (QG) to work together and spread the power of the innovative Dedicated Captive Model to India corporations. He has brought his depth and width in building the customer focused website, lead digital marketing, sales and interactions with prospects, provide the reach to connect with corporations across domains and build the channel partnership for QG.
