Rakesh Sinha
Rakesh Sinha is the Executive Director of RvaluE Consulting & CEO of Quintes Global. He has been part of RvaluE since inception and has made significant contributions in the growth and globalization of services across the various lines of businesses in the Group Companies. He is a seasoned entrepreneur and professional with experience of over 2 decades in Advisory & Consulting, Business Services, Business Process Transformation and Technology space. An IT Graduate, acquiring management skills from IIM Calcutta, he is one of the few leaders globally certified as an Authorized Evaluator by ITsqc of Carnegie Mellon University, USA for eSCM and a certified ‘Program Coach’ from Canada.
Rakesh got exposure to service India and international clients at Espire and at RvaluE Group, he expanded his role servicing marquee clients like Aviva, Dr Reddys, American Express, Future Group, Compass Group and with BPO Majors. Over the last 17 years at RvaluE, he has risen to become the CEO of Quintes Global - the venture promoted by the Group.
He has worked across geographies providing leadership in Global Business Services and Business Process Management (BPM) across multiple operating and structuring models in India, Asia Pacific, Japan, North America, Middle East, UK and Europe.
Rakesh has been part of setting up/ growing several India & Global Shared Service Centres, and has ensured with the RvaluE Team to deliver cost saves and business impact to clients. He has led customized Business Transformation initiatives with CXOs on Sourcing Model Strategy, Benchmarking, Location Strategy, Offshoring, RFP & Deal Management, Business Process Redesign, Vision planning for Globalizing Shared Services, identifying process consolidation opportunities, preparing Business Case, leading process migration/ people transition cutting across F&A, HR, Supply Chain & Procurement, Customer Life Cycle, and IT functions both in Manufacturing & Services domains. Rakesh co-founded Shared Services Forum (SSF) in 2011 as an industry platform to create and disseminate knowledge for excellence in BPM for the ecosystem in Global India, authored several pioneering research reports and co-authored first-of-its-kind book on ‘BPM in Global India – The Inflection Point for Competitive Advantage’. He was one of the youngest leaders to be invited as Member of Management Council of Delhi Management Association!
Rakesh co-founded Shared Services Forum (SSF) in 2011 as an industry platform to create and disseminate knowledge for excellence in BPM for the ecosystem in Global India, authored several pioneering research reports and co-authored first-of-its-kind book on ‘BPM in Global India – The Inflection Point for Competitive Advantage’. He was one of the youngest leaders to be invited as Member of Management Council of Delhi Management Association!
Rakesh co-founded 'Quintes Global', a new growth oriented venture that provides new age transformation and technology integrated enterprise solutions and services, through Dedicated CaptiveTM (D-CapTM) & Capabilities. The D-CapTM is much beyond the two classical operating models for enterprise services. The unique model enables clients to get exclusive centre with scale benefits while reducing cost & grow profits, and transform fast and that too, end to end.

As part of his social responsibilities, Rakesh mentors young leaders from leading Management Institutes, devotes time/energy to social projects along with like-minded people, think beyond the present, for creating Think Tanks for 2030 and make India a better place to live in the global village!
