Saravanan Rajan

Saravanan Rajan is Deputy General Manager – Projects & Transformation. His expertise includes identifying and deriving implementable solutions to critical issues that hinder optimal growth and functioning of an organisation covering Strategy, Business Excellence & Operations. He brings in over two decades of rich experience working with marque Indian and Multinational Organizations.

Saravanan has exposure in multiple sectors – Business Services, Defence, Construction and Health Care Delivery. He has successfully developed go to market strategies, mapped market potential for F&A functional consolidation, driven large scale cost saving initiatives, implemented digital solutions across OTC and PTP processes to improve operational efficiencies and gain strategic advantage while managing inflight risks within organization.

At RvaluE, he is driving transformation centric, tech driven New-Age solution for business process services. He is also involved in building a tech ecosystem for the organization to create a robust technology offering to the clients. He is also actively involved in looking at strategic partnerships that will enable non-linear growth trajectory. In his avatar as a Sports Physiotherapist, he has treated injuries and optimized performance of many well-known athletes.

An adventure and sports enthusiast, he plays competitive cricket, practices functional physical training, loves to go on a trek, and have tried his hands on rock climbing and river rafting. He still advices on injury rehab and training to his nears and dears and an active member of management committee of his residential complex (700+ families).

Saravanan Rajan is a Wits University Alumni (University of Witwatersrand Johannesburg, South Africa). He is a Post-graduate in Business Management and holds a Masters in Sports and Exercise Physiotherapy as well. He has completed certifications on Six Sigma (Black Belt) from American Society for Quality (ASQ) and Tata Business Excellence Model (TBEM).
